Jarring contrast

From a quilt of warmth
To scorching heat
And blades of cold wind at the same time.
From complacency
To a sudden loss
And a cynic's victory dance at the same time.
From endless banter
To meaningless chatter
And assumed silence at the same time.
From incessant sweet nothings
To few complaints
And occasional rantings at the same time.
From a blossoming romance
To a mushrooming nonchalance
And shrinking friendship at the same time.
From a little bit of us
To a lot of you
And a lot of me at the same time.
From insomniac sentences
To a lousy full stop
And sleepless three dots at the same time.

It's time for a new blog post

If you are speeding and forget to apply the brakes, you're bound to meet an accident.
But what if you could fly, borrow wings of imagination and just stay up on cloud 9?You marked a starry beginning. So it's only fair that I give it the end it deserves.
With words that knit fables, I'll embark on a journey that traverses through the graph of space and time. Space and time and everything nice.
I heard you. At once. And then twice. Trust me when I say, I heard it right every time.
But then the things unsaid, unprecedented, were upheld.
They have their own charm.
But no rhyme or reason.
So you asked how far I've reached.
Yes, Part 1 is over. He's committed the murder. And I don't wish to read what comes next. I'm abandoning the habit I wish I had.
